Our process begins with a Discovery Call to understand your needs. Afterward, you’ll receive a project brief and proforma invoice. Once we receive the completed brief and a deposit, we’ll begin the creative work.

Project timelines vary depending on the package and scope. For example, a one-page website may take a few weeks, while a full branding package may require a bit longer. We’ll discuss timelines during our Discovery Call.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit before starting any project (or 100% for quotes under R1000). For urgent projects, a 70% deposit is required. This secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin preparing your designs.

Absolutely! All packages include two rounds of revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Additional changes will be billed at R450 per hour.

Yes, if your needs fall outside of our existing packages, we’re happy to create a custom solution tailored to your project.

Yes, all our websites are designed for both mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients across devices.

Yes, we offer a variety of add-on services, including business cards, brochures, signage, and more. Just let us know what you need!

All designs remain the property of Creative Pursuits Studio until payment is made in full, at which point ownership is transferred. We retain the right to display all commissioned work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

If a project is paused due to lack of client feedback for more than 30 days, a restart fee will apply, and a new timeline and contract may be required. We also reserve the right to decline to restart if the original schedule no longer aligns.

After the final sign-off and full payment, you’ll receive all final files, along with a handover tutorial for managing your brand assets or website.

We accept EFT, Cash, or direct deposits.
